deposit of half the balance of your entire stay is required (minimum deposit one night's stay). We accept Master Card, Visa and checks. If you must cancel your reservation, please give us at least 10 days notice to receive your deposit back, less a $10 handling fee. If you cancel on shorter notice, we will make every effort to fill the room and refund your deposit.
A two night minimum may apply on weekends. You are responsible for your entire stay.

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed in certain queen rooms only---call for availability. There is a $25/one-pet or $35/two-pet fee per stay (not per night). We ask that your pet always goes with you; i.e. not left alone in the room without you on the property. Your pet will probably meet ours, we have 2 large dogs, Molly and Rusty, and 2 feline sisters, Luna and Layla. We hope they make your pet feel welcome.
Smoking Policy:
We kindly ask that you smoke outside in designated areas only.
Group policy:
Due to the small nature of our Inn, with many wonderful, faithful return guests year after year, please understand that we must decline events and reservations for large groups (weddings, family reunions, etc) for more than 6-8 people. Exceptions may be made during the low season, Nov-Jan, excluding the holidays.
Check-In:
Our Inn is open for arrivals and check-ins after 3pm. Please call if you want to arrive early
